Resolved an issue I had where roots had broken some of my pipes underground.  They were out diagnosing the issue first thing Saturday morning and set me up to be able to use my water until they could come out the next day to dig up and fix the pipes.  While there they also fixed one of my toilets and replaced another quickly and for a good price.  They worked very quickly and cleanly.  My favorite part about the experience was how open and honest they were about each step of the process and made sure i saw and understood the issues.
